Remax City Space Generated and Distributed 1381 Internet Leads to its team of agents in April, 2008.
The company’s IDX search portal, MustSeeSpace.Com received nearly 8000 Unique Visitors for the month and approximately 1 in 6 of these visitors followed the regisration process and were routed to a Remax City Space agent for servicing.
Where’s all this traffic coming from?
- Approximately 1/3 from PhiladelphiasRealEstate.Com, the CitySpace website which ranks organically for a number of competitve google search terms, including the coveted “Philadelphia Real Estate.”
- Another 1/3 from PhiladelphiaRealEstateHub.Com, Philadelphia’s largest real estate blog, which also ranks on the first page of google for “Philadelphia Real Estate” and receives loads of traffic via long tail search term rankings.
- 1/4 from Remax.Com. Visitors Routed from the Corporate Remax Site to CitySpace’s local office version of Remax.Com occassional click through to our search portal.
- And the rest? Various sources, including clicks from the personal pay-per-click campaigns of a few Remax City Space Agents.

Realtors have a lot of details to tend to, and capturing them all into a central to-do database can be tough. Jott allows you to call in a memo, which is then transcribed to text and sent to your favorite capture box.
Example use: You’re showing a house. Client asks if washer and dryer will be included with sale. Answer isn’t specified in the Seller’s Disclosure, so you speed dial a call into Jott and leave the message: “Find out about Washer/Dryer at 101 Walnut.” When you’re checking email later that night you’ve got an email text transcription of your message with an attached wav file, and your favorite to-do list manager is already populated with the task.
