Re/Max is well known for innovating 100 and 95% commission splits. At City Space, we do offer traditional Re/Max Desk Rental arrangements, but we also offer our partners the flexibility to pick a commission split plan.  We’re very flexible, and aren’t afraid to give away almost the whole farm if it’s good for the company at the end of the day. (Calling 20 Million Dollar Producers!)

CitySpace Commission Splits are determined by a number of factors.

  • Committment to Growing One’s Own Business
  • How Much We Like You! [Yeah, we said it. We play favorites.  We "like" anyone with a positive attitude who's working hard to get to the next level, whether rookie or top producer. Our favorites make progress within their own business, then ask to be, and are...rewarded with higher splits.]
